Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. Our room was lovely, with its own private terrace – such a nice touch! Everything was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, offering a beautiful view – perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of tasty options. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we would happily stay here again!

Positive: Really nice hotel. Chinese and international friendly as it had English / Chinese instructions for everything. It felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star one. We had the junior suite with terrace and the view was amazing. The room was clean, the A/C worked perfectly and it was better than expected actually. Breakfast was good with many choice. There are some parking nearby that cost 50/60MAD for 24h. There is a bar and terrace at the 6th floor. The position is next to the Medina. I think it's one of the best hotels in chefchaouen price wise!!

Positive: Location is great, we traveled by car and we can drop off our luggage at the front door. It is near the entrance of the tourist places. There is a Chinese restaurant near by.

Negative: Only one elevator, sometimes waiting time could be long.

Positive: . Great location, great views and breakfast!

Negative: AC did not work so I was unable to rest well. Requested a taxi, front desk clerk said the taxi had AC only found our AC in the taxi did not work. It wax a long 3,hour ride. The driver was nice though.

Positive: The roof garden where we had breakfast.

Negative: The Chinese restaurant that didn’t offer dishes for solo travelers . Each dish was to share between 2 people. The soup was only available to share between 6 people. They wouldn’t cater for I person.
