Positive: Beautiful hotel. The building is new and it shows. Located just off the main street with a few stairs to climb to. Not hard to find, it's exactly opposite to Hotel Madrid. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Didn't have a chance to try their breakfast. I made the booking last minute just 30 minutes before reaching the hotel, and they were very accommodating. Room is big and offers great value for money. Beautiful view of the mountain, ask for a higher floor. There's no elevator so keep that in mind.

Negative: Wifi is on and off, not the best for streaming but for light browsing, it's sufficient.

Positive: The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpfull. They helped us carrying our luggage to the car. The dar itself is very pretty. The double room with mountain view was perfect for our 2 nights stay. The view was stunning. The location is perfect, very accessible by car (parking across the street) and at the edge of the medina.

Negative: The room was clean in general but not perfectly clean (some hairs on the badroom floor). The bedsheet smelled fresh.

Summary: Perfectly located and pretty riad.

Positive: Super clean hotel, close to one of the gates of the old city from the south. 5mins away from the square and the Kasbah, though quite and good location. Welcoming staff, adorable price plus free breakfast is a bonus! Highly recommended.

Positive: Amazing receptionist Otman, if course ;) Awesome value for money - you get a more western style hotel room, with little water kettle, very nice lighting and a comfortable bed.

Negative: The shower didn’t get sufficiently hot for my taste, still comfortably warm ;) If you mind noise, the street in front if the hotel is noisy.

Positive: Brand new! Very well located. Good decoration, lots of power plugs. All needed commodities.

Negative: Shower angle adaptor to do not get all wet but already shared with the team.
