Positive: I love this hotel, it's a great location for me and the hotel is great. I always ask for the garden room furthest from reception, it is so peaceful with beautiful views over the water gardens. The staff are lovely.

Positive: I've stayed here before, the location is excellent for me. I really like this hotel the room layout is great, there's a single corridor of rooms with the garden running the length of the corridor. The end of the corridor is furthest from reception and overlooks some farmland with a lovely view. The staff are lovely and friendly.

Negative: All good.

Summary: Great hotel, I really like the end room with great views I'll be back.

Positive: I love staying here. For me it's a perfect location. I had the end room overlooking the water meadows, it a great view and get's a decent breeze on a hot day. It's a great place to relax. The staff are so friendly, they were lovely.

Negative: All good.

Positive: Love the modern aesthetic of the hotel. Nice garden in the middle of outdoor patio was a nicer touch. Hotel taxi service was helpful in taking us from hotel to bus pickup spot on day of departure. Staff was kind, helpful, cheerful, and enthusiastic. Arrived to the hotel during heavy rainfall, but the receptionist was so nice, she provided umbrellas for us all. Pictures of the family rooms were accurate. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat.

Negative: Found a fairly large huntsman spider in the middle of the night and your common house gecko crawling around one of the rooms. Harmless to us and I appreciate the nature, but was a little off-putting to some of my guests. WiFi was a little slow and but we managed.
