Summary: Modern building behind older facade. Good parking. Steps up to hotel entrance. Excellent clean and spacious bedroom. Seemed short of staff, so service slow. Some young staff seemed under-trained, and rather bored by their work. Too much loud music in dining room.

Summary: Fantastic stay in our old Hometown Waterloo. Reserved everything through Hotels.com, payed everything with our credit card. When we checked ou we still neded to pay 40€ for ”interest rate”. Will pay by credit card on site next time. Unsure about Hotels.com way to handle payments.
