Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Well it is a nice new built, cosy apartment with everything that you need for a shorter stay. The kitchen with a full appliances setup, a nice comfortable bed 10/10, great dinning table and living room with the sofa chairs. Also has a big balcony/terrace on one side which is great to have a sit down and as it is newly built not much neighbors and noise around so you can enjoy the peace and quietness. Also the host is great, anything that I needed was taken care off and if there is a query it was answered within minutes.

Negative: It is not that I didn't like, but one side of the apartment that is looking onto the parc side has no curtain, which is not an issue for me, but it would be good to have the option. The owner did say that this is going to be fitted in soon.

Summary: Nice, clean, delightful place to stay and enjoy the peace and quiet in Waterloo, would recommend
