Positive: Clean, convenient and well laid out.

Negative: One waitress was annoyed with allergy issues. It was obvious she was frustrated with having to recommend something appropriate on the menu. Every other wait staff was polite, kind and very accommodating.

Negative: Couldnt get the coffee machine to work (maybe its my issue, but I tried everything), and the toilet paper was awful 😭😅

Positive: I liked the spacious elegant room and the view over the green suburbs. I chose the hotel because of the spa and the swimming pool, and both were great.

Negative: I give a low rate because of the clogged drain in the shower. The shower tray ran full of water in no time, making the stay in it impossible. In a four star hotel this needs to be signalled by the cleaning staff not the guests, and resolved timely.
