Summary: My experience at this hotel was a bit mixed. I was very happy the first time I stayed here about 10 years ago, but my most recent visit unfortunately was not quite as good. My room had an electrical problem which resulted in me having to switch rooms late at night, and I was placed in the handicapped room due to availability issues. My friend's room had a fairly severe plumbing leak in the washroom. Maintenance and quality control could use some improvement. Breakfast was great, and the location of the hotel is perfect if one wants to visit the town of Enschede.

Summary: The location of the hotel is great next to Train and Bus station and also right next to the city center. Most importantly, the staff are simply wonderful and extremely nice and always ready to help.

Summary: Very well located and handy to town and railway. The hotel is good, newish with airy rooms, comfortable beds, and average breakfast. Cleanliness can be better- I found fake lashes in my shower that scared the hell out of me as I thought it was a spider.
