Positive: What did I like - pretty much everything. It's a cosy but spacious place, spotlessly clean and thoroughly equipped, located just around the corner from the heart of Tartu and yet ideally peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a couple, great value for money! Definitely will stay again next time.

Negative: Literally nothing I could mention in this section. The only thing worth noting is that the place is on the top floor of the old building (thus no lift), so a guest with limited mobility or a huge amount of heavy luggage may find it challenging.
