Positive: The location of the resort was quite exceptional, the beautiful views from the garden areas was wonderful. We had a forest view room with a balcony and it was very relaxing to sit out there listening and watching the birds and squirrels. The property seems to be freshly built and everything was neat and clean.

Negative: The restaurant was inconsistent. sometimes the food was good but most of the time it was poor to average. The place seems to be staffed with local people and not necessarily trained professionals. The geyser temperature in the room (403) was dangerously high, I scalded my hands while shaving. The Cable TV did not work throughout our stay and was not fixed despite repeated complaints, seemingly nobody had a clue how to fix these things.

Summary: Although we liked the location and the property a lot we do not look forward to returning there.

Positive: Good Room with nice view. Location is nice with sufficient parking space at property. General cleanliness & ambience was nice. Breakfast was good.

Negative: Very bad service. Every request for any service needed at least 4~5 calls, 30~40 min to get the service (as basic service as hot water or a Tea Bag even)...

Summary: GOOD PROPERTY BUT POOR SERVICE..
