Positive: Property was super clean and very much upto date. Every minute requirements were well thought of and were kept in a very systematic manner. Excellent place for a cozy family stay. Mr Amey is super helpful and shall always be ever ready to offer any sort of help. He has a very good knowledge about the local delicacies in Kolhapur.

Traveling as a group of three adults and our beloved fur baby, HOPE, we were delighted to find a homestay that was not only pet-friendly but also genuinely welcoming and thoughtfully maintained. The 2BHK space was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable — offering plenty of room for all of us to relax and for HOPE to joyfully roam around both indoors and outdoors. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort for humans and freedom for pets — and because HOPE enjoyed every moment of her stay, we did too! 🐶❤️ The breakfast was another highlight — generous in both quality and quantity, it set a great tone for each day. Everything was served fresh and with care, just like everything else at this property. Location-wise, the homestay is well-situated — just about 15 minutes from the beautiful Rankala Talao, making local sightseeing very convenient. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Amey Latkar, our kind and attentive host, who made sure our stay was smooth and memorable. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and pet-friendly place in Kolhapur that truly lives up to its name, this is it! Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
