Summary: This was a great stay!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The pool was heated and the walk along the river was nice 👌 I thought it was a spa for the adults but it was a kiddie pool. Silly me for now reading the details.

Summary: The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so kind and friendly. Our 2 Queen room was very spacious, beds comfortable. Really enjoyed the restaurant, sitting by the river. The food was yummy. Would stay again.

Summary: Everything from the pool to the lobby to the room are extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. When in Eugene in the future I'll stay here again. I also used the gym which I also felt was very clean.

Summary: I splurged a little and stayed in a river front room and got the extra $$ it was well worth it. Just very nice to sit out on shaded patio and watch the people using the bike path and enjoy the river view

Summary: Would not recommend staying here. For the price, you really don’t get any value. We had requested adjoining rooms, we were told that’s not possible - totally ok but it was confusing because they had the option for adjoining rooms, but we understood. We were told several days before our arrival we would have rooms on the same floor - we did not get rooms even in the same area of the hotel, we were on different floors and in different wings. Parking is an actual nightmare. The lot is odd shaped and tiny, and the only option for additional parking was across the street in a mall parking lot. Luckily, there’s no additional fee for parking. The staff was polite, but there is no consistency in their policies or the information that they give guests, so that’s confusing. The amenities were scarce, and they charge for everything. Truly not worth the money spent at all. I feel like I did not receive any sort of value and I wish I could get a refund - obviously not asking for one since we stayed the night. I will never return and will strongly encourage others to not book here.

Summary: Everything was very clean and well represented. The staff was so friendly, and super helpful with everything. We loved have breakfast at their restaurant, Sweet Water, we ate outside overlooking the river every morning. We ran on the trail system along the Willamette River that’s right outside the door as well. We spent 4 nights there, and we were sad to go!
