Positive: Everything was great! Loved the farm feel with modern Villa. Location was great! Animals running around in distance was a highlight. Above all the owners/hosts are fantastic hardworking people. The attention and efforts to make the stay comfortable cannot be overlooked. Highly recommend to anyone.
Negative: We were honestly planning to leave at 7 in the morning for our day trip but then once we saw the property we could not. We made the most of it, stayed until 10, enjoyed the morning. This was the best place during our Iceland trip

Positive: The cottage is located on the way between Akureyri and Reykjavik and is in the beautiful fields and lake. Lovely location! Horses were nearby and we fed them fresh dandelions - they loved it. The hosts were friendly, attentive and answered straight away and were kind to allow us for later check out, even though the cottage was booked for next visitor. It was so peaceful, quiet, plenty of hot water, crispy clean bedding and comfortable bed. Thank you, dear hosts.
Negative: Considering the cottage is in quite tranquil and remote location, I would appreciate portable cooker to be able to make breakfast ( e g eggs and maybe some sugar and milk in the kitchen). Kitchen has a microwave, but I couldn't make us a hot breakfast. Also internet was quite slow. But in the future it shouldn't prevent me from visiting Valey cottages - as I like overall atmosphere and truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside. Thank you, dear hosts!
