Positive: I recently stayed in an apartment through Go2Benidorm and couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish. The apartment was spotless on arrival — exceptionally clean, fresh and very well maintained. You could tell a lot of care and attention goes into preparing the property for guests. The facilities were excellent throughout, with everything needed for a comfortable stay already provided. The check-in process was incredibly streamlined and stress-free, with clear instructions and fantastic communication before and during my stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. A really nice touch was the complimentary items provided on arrival, which immediately made the apartment feel welcoming. It’s the attention to detail like this that really stands out. Overall, a fantastic experience with brilliant customer service throughout. I would happily book with Go2Benidorm again and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Benidorm.

Positive: The apartment is very clean and nice, exactly like on the pictures. The veranda is very nice with a magnificient sea view from the 27th floor. The kitchen is completly furnished: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven and coocking plates, and all you need for cooking. Moreover, you can access a beautifull private park with 3 outdoor swimming pools and an indoor pool. We have as well some playing grounds for children. The place is very secure and well taken care of.

Positive: Toilet papers, kitchen utensils, or cleaning items. .Everything is what you need. Plus, remote controls for each air conditioner let you set the temperature differently in each room, two duvets on one bed. The view is wonderful. Communication is great.
