Positive: We liked virtually everything about this place. The exterior is very nice. The elevator / lift was greatly appreciated. The apartment is very clean, with a full kitchen. Very bright and cheery We had a wine / beer every night on the little balcony, very cool to people watch.. The washing machine was a great bonus.. A very comfortable place to spend a few days. The Host is exceptionsl.... she is a real people person. You will like her ! The location is 100% perfection.. after a day or two, you will realize it is tn the very best section of the entire historic district. Plus, it is on a very pretty, pedestrian only street.. we felt very fortunate to be in such a great area as a home base. A heads up...... in case you are worried about the flooding in nearby areas of Valencia, the historic center is water damage free. Taking a taxi from the airport was no problem, as well as taking a train to Barcelona.

Thank you to our host Maria for meeting us and her information/ tips of places to visit and eat - Excellent host. Will recommend to family and friends both in Australia & the UK. We loved Valencia.

Positive: The location is excellent as the name states "in the middle". Close enough to public transport and train station. The bed and furniture was very comfortable and the apartment tastefully furnished.

Negative: The only downside was that one window above the oven did not have a blind allowing light to come through.

Positive: Location was great, just near the City Hall, also walking distance to Cathedral and Mercat Central. The appartment is stylish, nicely decorated, had everything we needed from the kitchen to bathroom. Communication with Maria was great, she is so nice and gave us plenty of recommandations. There was only liquid soap, so bring your own shampoo and shower gel.

Negative: The only thing disturbing was the noise, but it's in the city center, and the blinds helped a little.
