Positive: Hostess was lovely, very chatty and friendly. Recommended places to visit during our short stay. Room was good and clean.

Negative: would of been nice to have option of bacon or sausages with breakfast.

Positive: Property was very clean !! Beds were extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing, welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Breakfast was great, good range of items. Great atmosphere.

Negative: Shower went cold, mid way through.

Positive: I liked Christine, on reception and on breakfast service, she was charming and very accommodating.

Negative: I would have liked a full English option at breakfast. The decor needs an update.

Positive: Fantastic customer service. The only thing I would suggest they could have improved on was if they had a better ironing board available (I was travelling for work and my shirts needed attention after unpacking 🙄). Room was spotless and the lady running front of house was exceptionally accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Ideally located for my purposes and despite being located next to two main roads amazingly got a comfortable, quiet nights sleep. Will definitely use again for future business trips.

Negative: Literally just a better ironing board 🤷‍♂️
