Summary: Totally disappointed with how dated the room was. Definitely charging more than they should. The top bunk bed in the family room isn’t safe as the mattress is too tall and there’s risk of kids falling out. There were slugs in the bathroom which my husband had to pick out and the walls and floor were so grubby. We found a toenail on the floor too. The pillows and the bed are very uncomfortable and we didn’t get a good nights sleep the entire three nights we were there. We wish we’d stayed in the premier inn. Paid almost £300 for 3 nights and I have no idea what we paid for as no one came to turn down our bedroom, and we had to seek out hand soap as none was left in the bathroom for us to use. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Won’t be back.

Summary: The staff were friendly and welcoming, any issues were resolved quickly. The room was clean and more than adequate for my stay although it was a little tired around the edges, blind was fraying and the paint could do with a little refresh. I didn’t use any of the other facilities, however the bar area looked clean and spacious and clear signage around the hotel to help you navigate.

Summary: - Staff were amazing - location was perfect - room was a good size - bathroom was good, shower was a bit small but was manageable. No where to put shower things - random noise went off for about 3 minutes couple times in the night - parking was interesting
