Summary: Great location Poor parking facilities, there's a handful of spaces available directly outside the hotel then it's best of luck trying to find a space on the nearby streets. We had a newer type room which was clean and tidy but just to warn you the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the music from the function room which was quite a distance away from our room so I dread to imagine what the guests could hear which were located nearer to the room! you could hear the conversation going on in other room located either next door or above you. Not the best night sleep

Summary: Staff were excellent and the room was tidy but the shower was cold and a drip like noise all night. Also the gym isn't included which was disappointing

Summary: Great location. Good for a short stay (we only stayed a night). Some rooms are a little difficult to get to with long corridors and stairs to navigate with big bags. But staff were helpful and the views were lovely. Car park was very small though and a little difficult to park into.

Summary: The staff were all amazing, they were there for whatever you needed and happy to help. The place was very well located, close to the train station and with beautiful views over Barry. The room was very good for the price, tho it lacked some basics (like a bin on the bathroom), and it was in need of a retouch. I'm fact, the whole place, while clean, needed a small refurbishment. It was sad that at the time of the stay they couldn't serve breakfast on the beautiful room they had at the front of the hotel. Maybe next time
