Summary: Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage, mitten im Olivenhain und trotzdem nicht weit zum Strand. Ideal mit Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Summary: Das war einfach eine super tolle Woche bei Holiday House Val Vidal! Wie man das auf dem kleinen Bilder sehen kann, jeder hat sich wohl gefühlt, egal ob "man Zwei- oder Vierbeiner" ist :) unseren Gastgeber waren sehr flexibel, freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat wirklich nichts gefehlt! Möchte wirklich für jede gerne weiterempfehlen, nun habe ich dann leider mehr Konkurrenz was die Buchungen für nächstes Jahr angehen :) wirklich, jederzeit gerne wieder. Das schön renoviertes Haus liegt alleine auf einem großen Grundstück, ist seeeehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kompletten Zaun, also die Hunde können wirklich sehr viel und frei bewegen. Die einzige negative sind die Straße draussen bis zum Strand, die sind leider noch nicht asphaltiert, deswegen ist manchmal staubig. Aber beim Haus merkt man davon nichts, es liegt gute 300 Meter entfernt, wirklich wie eine kleine Oase. Zu Fuss ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand, mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten im Supermarkt, oder in 20 Minuten in Rovinj. Die Strände sind steinig, das Wasser ist 1A sauber.

Summary: Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles wie erwartet angetroffen. Perfekt für den Urlaub mit Hund da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Zum nächsten Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten.

Summary: Schöne Lage - nicht weit von Strand, jedoch ruhig, keine Nachbaren und fast ohne Leute, was in dem Gebiet sehr selten ist! Perfekt gezaunt, ideal für kleine Kinder oder/und Hund. "Inneres" Garten liegt in grossem Olivebaumgarten. Sehr schönes Aussicht auf Insel und Leuchtturm, am Stelle noch viel schöner als in dem Angebot und perfekt sehbar aus der Terrasse/vom Haus! Es gibt "croatischen" Mauergril, schaukel, genug Platz für 4-6 Leute. Überdachte Terrasse ist perfekt, da haben wir meistens Zeit vom Morgen bis Nacht verbracht. Mückenschutzmittel am Stelle bereit. Vermieter sind nett. Kühlschrank hatte Temperatur Schwankungen, aber funktionell. Man sollte sich noch irgendeine "Blaulampe" oder noch weitere Mittel gegen Mücken nehmen, was ist doch klar und ist natürlich kein Fehler von Unterkunft oder Vermietern.

Summary: Amount of space around the property. New equipment. Nice trees and hammocks scattered in the property terrain. View of the lighthouse is great. While the fairly new place is furnished in the cheapest possible equipment and lacks basic things like washing machine, microwave oven and dishwasher. Between the property and the sea, there are several huge camping sites, so it's not quiet/remote seaside area. Just outside of property ower keeps three big, chained hounds and comes twice a day to feed them, it's not very disturbing but makes you feel watched. Communication chaos in English -> owner doesn't speak English at all, but their daughter that will WhatsApp you speaks. If this would be significantly cheaper, it might be worth it.
