Positive: The apartment is very nice and clean. It’s modern and well located. Alen our host was very responsive to requests and friendly. I recommend this apartment

Negative: The only improvements I can suggest is maybe some nicer cutlery and larger towels but this is no major deal.

Positive: The location of this property is fantastic - right in the heart of the beautiful town of Rovinj, only a few minutes’ walk from the harbour (ideal if arriving by ferry) and from the bus station. There are numerous great restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes’ walk. Alen, the owner, is a very charming host and incredibly helpful and approachable - he gave us many great recommendations for places to eat and drink. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable with great facilities. Good sound proofing so it was quiet at night despite being in the centre of things. Highly recommended!

Positive: An incredibly late review but my mum and I really loved our stay here in July. It’s a beautiful apartment which has been renovated to a high standard and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Great location in the centre of Rovinj and with a secluded balcony overlooking the harbour. Alen was also one of the best hosts we’ve ever had - he went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Great communication in advance of our stay, with very quick replies. He was there to meet us in the evening despite the late hour, left us some water chilling in the fridge for our arrival and stored our luggage for us on the last day. Thank you, Alen! We loved our time here and hope to visit again!

Positive: Alen was a wonderful host! Communication was great. He arranged free parking for us nearby and met us there to help bring our luggage to the apartment. He showed us how things worked and gave us information about restaurants and things to do. When we left, I forgot my phone, and he chased us down to get it to me! The apartment was great; modern and clean, and Alen had thought of many things to make it more comfortable, such as good lighting and drawers for toiletries in the bathroom. We loved the balcony overlooking the harbor! The location is perfect--on a pedestrian street with lots of shops and steps away from the harbor and the action, yet it was quiet.
