Ideally located in the heart of the resort in the Arcelle residence on the 5th floor, close to the ski lifts, the slopes, the sports center, the shops (convenience store, bakery at the foot of the residence, ski rental, etc.) . Parking P1 (paying) is located below the residence with direct access to level -1 (Exit 6 l'Arcelle).
The apartment has just been completely renovated.
The kitchen has an induction hob, a combined grill / microwave oven, a dishwasher and a fridge. There is also an electric coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.
There is a TV / DVD player in the living room and another in the master bedroom.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed and in the cabin 3 bunk beds.
The master bedroom and the cabin bedroom are isolated from the living room with doors.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a sink. The toilets are separate.
The ski locker is spacious and is located on level -1 (the same as that of the access to parking P1). The apartment is labeled 2 * (Ministry of Tourism) and 2 chalets (Vallée des Belleville).
The tourist tax is included in the rental price.

Summary: Simple but effective apartment. Had all that we needed for a week stay with myself, husband, and two grown up sons. Doesn’t have WiFi, but our own networks worked.

Summary: We've stayed in a few apartments in L'Arcelle, this was the best one so far. The flat is immaculate, everything works, it was spotlessly clean on arrival. The owner is lovely and easy to get hold of, if you need to. The agency downstairs are really good. Perfect for our family of four. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Perfect location and easy check in, good communication with owner, no wifi so you need to purchase or use local resort, no duvets (blankets), can be noisy after 10pm (no one to police this). Apartment perfect for our family ski trip.

Summary: "We have now twice spent a week in this property with 2 adults and 2 children. The flat is centrally located and directly accessible by lift from P1, greatly easing loading and unloading logistics. Ski-in and with a 50m walk ski-out. Right above a supermarket and across from main shopping an public leisure centre (swimming pool) in Val Thorens. Location is super-convenient. The flat has a double bed in a side-bedroom separable from the living area with sliding doors, and a triple bunk-bed in a separate bedroom. The flat is well maintained, clean and well equipped. Key retrieval and return is well organised. The owners are friendly and helpful. The flat is on the 5th floor. The only possible gripe is that the double lifts in the building seem to have a stubborn unhelpful character of their own, leaving at peak times ample time to ponder the nature of their operating system. Great flat, we have had a good time there both times, would definitely come back."

Summary: "A very nice apartment, perfect for a small family. Everything you need for a perfect skiing trip. Right in the centre of town, with shops and bars/restaurants literally just outside the building, but, with the apartment at the back, surprisingly very quiet as well. The owner is an extremely nice and helpful chap too! Highly recommended".
