1400 sq ft 2 bedroom/1 bath private basement lock-off located in the Vail Valley that comfortably sleeps 7, just minutes from Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, & Arrowhead ski resorts and a 15 minute drive to Vail.
Large gathering area with 75 inch TV and dining table for 8. Private entrance/deck, private grill, private washer/dryer and a well appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar. Cozy master suite with a queen size bed and a 55 inch TV. Bunk room with 4 beds (one is a full) that comfortably sleeps 5, and 3/4 bath with newly tiled shower. Small grass area off deck for dogs. Parking in driveway off cul-de-sac (snow tires recommended for driving in mountains during winter).
Perfect retreat for all outdoor activities that Vail Valley has to offer. Ten minute drive to Westin gondola and Nottingham Lake, mountain/dirt bike trails accessible in minutes by biking, access to fishing, rafting and road biking nearby and dog park and playground within walking distance.
Five minute drive to downtown Avon, and 15 minute drive to Beaver Creek Village and downtown Edwards. One and a half hour drive to Aspen. Great for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a girls’/boys’ weekend/trip. Only an hour and 40 min drive from Denver and a 2 hour drive from Denver International Airport.

Summary: Well appointed, recently finished unit. Jason did a great job outfitting the unit, great lighting, fully stocked, well done (impressed how much he fit into the kitchen despite it's size). Really did a beautiful job. He was easy to work with and communicate with, instructions were clear and Jason was very accommodating.

Summary: Pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and the functionality of this cute place. More then enough space for my wife and I, our 3 adult kids and the dog. Far enough from the highway that it was quiet and serene but close enough to do groceries or get a bite to eat without spending a half hour in the car.
