Summary: The staff here is so thoughtful! It was my husband's birthday and they had a surprise complimentary charcuterie board, wine and beer in our room when we arrived. I also noticed on my car app that my car wasn't getting charged and they made sure that they took care of it. The restaurant staff, the front desk and just everyone who worked there was kind.

Summary: It was a Marriott charging Ritz Carlton prices without the service you would expect. I paid $13,000 for the week and the bellman didn’t even offer to bring up my bags. I was also charged $9,000 in room charges that I did not make. I ultimately got them removed, but then I saw a charge to my room 3 days after I left the property. I called the manager and told him to take my credit card out of their system.
