Positive: The staff are amazing. Zero hassle, 100% compassion and customer service. We had the worst travel day where everything went sideways, and accidentally booked our room for the wrong night. Which meant we missed the no late booking policy. They had every reason to turn us away. Instead, they saw 2 people in need of kindness and helped get us settled for the night. They corrected everything in the system the next morning, no extra fees or penalties. We will absolutely be going back. Not only are they good people, the room was so comfortable and I liked having a kitchen.
Negative: It’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark.
Summary: Staff are exceedingly kind and helpful. The rooms are comfy and clean.

Negative: No coffee available in room ( or anywhere). I arrived at 10:00 and left at 7:30 am. Never saw any staff. Parking was an issue as I’m handicapped due to severe back injuries. Access to building from parking area was a problem.
Summary: Would most likely stay there again due to overall value.
