Summary: The home was great for our family vacation. It is in close proximity to many restaurants, shops and a very short distance to the beach. We also rented a golf cart to get around town as well. The pool table was a nice touch for our guys to end our night in some friendly competition. We enjoyed the pool and the many visits from the dolphins. One came right up to the dock and gave us a little show. Kitchen was well stocked and we had what we needed for our nights we stayed in.

Summary: The house is beautiful, spacious and has all the amenities. The location doesn't get better in terms of clearwater beach and the view/pool area is amazing. We did see dophins, rays, etc... and overall had no complaints. The host was responsive and accommodated an early check-in. Great place, we loved it.

Summary: Property was just as shown in pics. On water, fun watching boats coming and going from marina. Teens and couples enjoyed the short walk to Starbucks or Dunkin every morning. White sand beach was like 10 minutes walking distance. Short walk to go on various rental cruises. We enjoyed a pirate themed boat for littler ones, but para-sailing and other cruises could all be found closeby. Pool was heated a bit extra for fee at request - which made swimming nice as temps dipped down a bit. Alan was super easy to work with and always responded quickly. This was a beautiful home for my husband, me and 11 of my 12 kids plus a few wives and grandkids to enjoy Thanksgiving together!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very clean. View was awesome. Most rooms faced the bay. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill. We had no need to leave the house. 11 women under one roof, we all had plenty of room. So glad we found this house! Many fun spots in walking distance

Summary: The property was exactly as advertised. All bedrooms had new furniture and extremely comfortable new mattresses, it was very clean and fresh. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty glassware, plates, dishes etc, no old chipped and mismatched stuff like we’ve experienced many times before! Enough seating in the kitchen and lounge areas. Pool was great and cleaned twice during our week’s stay. Probably our favorite part was the location. The house is right on the water and looks across the bay to the marina. Boats are coming and going through the day which are fun to see. We loved sitting on the dock at sunset and rented a paddle board and kayak that we used right from the house. We would definitely rent this house again no question. Thank you!

Summary: Great location for this house - near the marina, the beach and town. Very good accommodations and lots of room throughout the house for our group. Kids also loved the number of tvs spread throughout the house. Appreciated the ceiling fans in the rooms. We all enjoyed the swimming pool, pool table, shuffleboard, grill and the ice machine came in handy! Cool to see the different boats go in and out of the marina. Even saw dolphins a few times in the marina. And most importantly, any questions we had during our stay, they responded to us with best solutions.
