Šumica is charming stone house with HEATED POOL and it's FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED. The house have ground floor, first floor and attic. It’s surrounded with 600m2 olive grove and 200m2 stone courtyard where the heated swimming pool is located. All rooms are fully furnished and apartmens are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating, plus central heating system and fireplace (apartment 1/ground floor) for heating.
Parking provides space for two cars minimum in the shady place.
The ground floor has a spacious living room with fireplace. You’ll find pleasure there in authentic ambience, with two confortable sofas, which can be converted into beds for two people.
Kitchen is also situated on the ground floor where You’ll find all the necessary elements, such as dishwasher, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other kitchen utensils. From the kitchen, little corridor will lead you to two bedrooms, one with doublebed, and one with double-decker.
You will also find a spacious bathroom on the same storey with jacuzzi . In the courtyard to the east, You’ll be greeted with table and chairs under the sunshade.
To the west, in “the old court”, You’ll find shade created by the lattice of vines, the well in the middle, outdoor grill, and a grand patio of olive grove. Right next to the grill you will find all the necessary tools for grilling, and a water faucet next to it. There's little outside toilet in that court, equipped with washing machine.
On the upper floor of the house you will find second fully equipped apartment, with spacious living room and kitchen facing large terrace (40m2) with great view of Brač channel on one side, and the old rooftops of Supetar and charming bosquet with playground for children on other. On this floor there are bathroom with built-in shower and two bedrooms with double beds. In the living room, there's sofa turnable into bed for two. This apartment also offers comfortable attic, equipped with it’s own bathroom, double bed (separable into two beds), sofa (convertible into sleeping bed for two kids), tv set, and nice view on three sides of the house.
Both apartments can take up to 8 persons, which means that You can rent it as a vacation house for 16 persons in total.
It’s important to mention that the location of the house is ideal in many aspects: it provides You with absolute intimacy and quiet, and everything is reachable within 5 minutes walk maximum, ie. the first pebble beach with restaurant behind (Vrilo) is 500 meters off, and the police, the hospital, the firefighters, and three supermarkets (Lidl, Tommy and Kozum) are even closer.

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Sumica, would highly recommend it. The Villa itself was big enough for 3 families, great living spaces and the outside areas were stunning. Supermarkets only a short walk away, and the port a 5 minute walk down the hill with plenty of bars and restaurants (peperoncin and the pub were fantastic). Really handy for the ferry terminal to split also. We hired boats for a day, and also a car for a day to see more of the island. A great holiday for everyone, children and adults alike. Not forgetting our hosts, Tea and Jakov who were great at communicating and really helpful!

Summary: The villa really is breathtakingly beautiful! We got an informative tour upon arrival, and were made to feel very at home by our hosts. The villa is split into two different 'apartments', each includes everything you could need for cooking, cleaning etc. There is also an outdoor toilet with a washing machine! The heated pool lights up funky colours at night, and the outdoor areas provide a perfect place for lots of people to eat and relax.... I feel the pictures barely do justice to how beautiful and well kept the outdoor areas are. The hosts are lovely and friendly, and can be on call for anything you may need during your stay. Location is also very good. There are two large supermarkets a short walk away, and it is just a short walk to the port also. I would highly recommend Vills Sumica. We stayed here for the week leading up to our wedding, and everybody staying with us were extremely happy with their stay also. Beautiful villa, fantastic location, lovely hosts..... we would definitely stay again!! Thank you so much for helping make our wedding week perfect :o)

Summary: For a larger group of friends or a family who want to relax, bbq and swim (pool) it is the perfect choice. The whole are inside and outside has a lot of space to relax, read, sit together, enjoy the sun! The center of the little town is 5 mins walking distance away from the house, very nice little center (Harbour) with some restaurants, tiny shops, playground. For grocery shopping you have also everything around what you need! If you want to do some excursions you for sure need a car!

Summary: A well-equipped and spacious holiday home on the edge of the old town of Supetar with more than enough space for our family of 6 adults. I particularly enjoyed the garden with its olive trees, flowers and herbs and the birdsong in the mornings. Plenty of choice of where to sit and relax on the various terraces. Despite the unseasonably cold weather at the start of May we used the pool most days and some evenings. Shopping was very convenient with a supermarket just a short walk through the trees. It was great being able to just walk down to the harbour for a coffee or beer or walk to a nearby restaurant. I would thoroughly recommmend.

Summary: It is a bit hard to see from the photos how the living areas are arranged. This is because there is an empty old house right next to the new house with the two apartments. The old house is not in use, but it looks nice and work like a backdrop for the chill outdoor area under the vine leaves. The apartments are really nice, we lived three families here (7 children), and we were all very satisfied. Really nice pool and pool area. The pool is about 1,5 m deep. At first I thought the pool was to deep, cause the kids couldn't reach the bottom, but after a couple of days, all the kids (except one) could swim without swim rings, so we are grateful for that :-) There is a shower next to the pool. (I don't think that is mentioned in the description.) The location in Supetar is nice and practical with two supermarkets within 2-300 m. (Very important for us, because we didn't have a car.) It is in walking distance from the ferry and the town center. The center of Supetar is very pretty with lots of old buildings and a number of restaurants and shops. Lively in the evenings, but it feels safe with small children. There are lots of excursions and water sports possibilities. It is very nice to sit outside by the pool (witch is lit in the night, (nice outdoor lighting as well)), you get a secluded outdoor area (with a grill) an well-equipped kitchen – a pittoresk, but still clean and modern place! All in all – a place I would highly recommend!

Summary: A nice and well-equipped house, perfect for friends and family. One "apartment" in the groundfloor and one in the second. The second floor has a stair up to a bedroom loft. Nice poolarea. Near foodstores and quite near the harbour and the beach. We do recommend it!
