Summary: What a hidden gem! The neighborhood is a little sketchy (but all of Miami is pockets of run down areas ) however the house itself and the backyard were Awesome! We celebrated my husband’s 40th Bday here. The backyard is like a bohemian style adult playground with plenty of room for games and lots of social lounge areas (we brought giant Jenga and a dominos table). We all felt like we were at our own hipster lounge/bar. Great place to host a party or gathering. The inside of the house was small but cute and very clean and she supplied everything you could ever need (even a Bluetooth speaker you can use). Lots of thoughful touches through out our stay. The decor was Art Deco and very Miami, so we felt like we were on vacation. Wynwood was a $5 Uber ride away and there were lots of shops walking distance away. Mafe was so sweet and such a welcoming host. We truly enjoyed our weekend there. Highly recommend for an “adult” weekend away in Miami! We will be back, but this time for a girls weekend!

Summary: Nice home. Ideal for larger group as it has 2 separate entrances for home infront and home in the back. Location you are steps away from art district and luxury shopping. Neighborhood is getting more gentrified.
