Positive: The house was amazing! Big and clean and kept us warm. Host provided coffee and drinking water. Location was great. There was a Lawson nearby and a short drive to city centre and the volcanic craters.

Negative: We did not know how to use the room portable heater.

Positive: Everything, I was absolutely amazed by how spacious and comfortable this house is! For the three of us, it felt almost too spacious (but in the best way, haha). Each of us had our own room, and the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking. There’s even a coffee machine and a water dispenser! The view from the back of the house is stunning, and the atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful. Despite not driving, we found the location quite convenient, as it was easy to reach by public transportation. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always replying to our messages quickly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Negative: If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the number of steps from the main road to the entrance of the property. It would be even better if there were a ramp to make it easier to roll luggage up and down. Carrying heavy luggage on the steps, especially in rainy or snowy weather, was a bit challenging for us.

Positive: The location was great. There is a stream behind the house and a track that follows the stream. The house was clean and comfortable. There is an outside area with chairs and a barbecue etc (extra). Easy drive to the onsen and the lake

Negative: The hot water ran out at the sink. Seems to be a hot water tank under the bench but small.

Positive: this is a spacious and cozy cabin, perfect for a family. our host was very responsive. the kitchen is well equipped. this house in just 7 minutes car drive to the center of Noboribetsu, good location. shower was warm and clean.
