Positive: Everything was excellent at the house. Door lock was a little difficult until we learned how to use it. Never got the WiFi password but didn’t really need it.

Positive: New construction, very modern/updated appliances and furniture. A lot of space. Good for groups. Beds are comfy. Beautiful location. About 10 min from the beach. Maybe a 15 min walk from a Walmart/Costco. 100% worth every penny.

Negative: There were a few dishes that were dirty in the cupboards.. the garage was locked (couldn’t use it). Neighbors car was always parked in the middle of the driveway. Was kinda hard to park 2 cars there throughout the day
