We invite you to welcome you to our seaside cottage for your quiet vacation where you will enjoy relaxing. Our comfortable, bright house is located opposite Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue in a fishing village, 200m from a beach facing the Fort de la Hougue (Vauban tower classified as a UNESCO heritage site).
Near the village, and the cycle path.
The house is south facing with land and private parking.
It is very close to all the essential places to visit and shops.

Summary: Unfortunately, the owner's message with the key code was not received. Which I blame on the poor wifi reception in lodging prior to Quettehou. Fortunately, one of our cell phones was able to receive a signal and I called for this information. Would recommend a location map to assist in locating the cottage. The description was accurate, and the facilities were as listed on the VRBO site. Would recommend the rental to anyone who desires a quiet rural experience. But which provides decent access to the tourist sites in the area.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed for our 2 week stay and the dog loved the yard. We saw roe deer in the field behind the back yard almost every day. A nice base to explore the region for sea-food and beach walks. The landing beaches start not too far away as well.

Summary: Great property, we enjoyed our stay, 3 x 60+ blokes. we thought it was closer to bars and restaurants than it was. About a mile walk. We ended eating and drinking in each night. Host is very nice and accommodating.

Summary: The property had everything we needed to serve as a base for DDay events in Normandy. Plenty of space to move about in the home and 2 bathrooms was a plus. Excellent location near the sea and the surrounding towns. More paper towels and toilet paper would have been handy but we managed by purchasing our own. Excellent rental overall.

Summary: Great communication from owner before and during the stay. Met on arrival and shown around. Property was as described. Well equipped, modern, attractive. Beach is approx 3 mins down the lane with plenty of space to walk the dogs.

Summary: The property was in excellent condition, and was exactly what we were looking for. The property itself had great facilities, with a good garden for our kids to run around. It is in walking distance of Quetrehou which has a great bakery, butcher, and small shop. There is a pebble beach a few hundred metres from the property which our kids enjoyed collecting shells on, and some good sandy beaches within a short drive. Overall we had a great time, the property was everything we had hoped for, and we would stay again if we were holidaying in the area.
