Summary: There are two bedrooms and one sleepsofa in the living room. No great chairs to sit in but the chairs in the kitchen are fine. Very clean appartment and nice host. Parking for free near the appartement but limited parking space. Higher up there is more parking space

Summary: We arrived to our friendly host welcoming us at the gate, having reserved us a parking space so that we would not have far to go to unload the car. There was a welcome pack of water, milk, eggs, French toast and a wealth of cooking ingredients to tide us over, as we arrived on Saturday evening. We were given answers to all of our questions, where to shop, what to visit. We were given a tour of the gardens. The apartment was not only well equipped for all of our needs, but in immaculate condition. As well as always being able to ask further questions, we were treated to a super cooking demonstration and meal during our stay. Without a doubt the best self-catering accommodation we have ever experienced. Thank you so much! Once the fibre broadband is live, there will be nothing missing…..

Summary: We enjoyed the place a lot for our summer vacation. It is a good starting point to discover the Como Region. And the garden is a place to recharge in the evening or even spend days to relax. The hosts are very kind and give hints if you like.

Summary: We had a great stay at Loredana and Emilio’s beautiful property. It’s just above Como but Brunate was (in our eyes) a better decision because it’s a beautiful village up in the mountains and very peaceful and quite with a cutes grocery stores. However, it has great access to Como via the funicolare, even without a car. Loredana is a great host! She had the most helpful tips what to do around lake Como and gave us a great tour around the house and the backyard. Speaking of: it’s already beautiful in the pictures but nothing compared to what you actually get when you are there. It’s a huge garden, so neat and sooo well taken care of. Our absolute highlight, tbh. There are several places to sit, eat and relax. You’ll share the area with another unit that lives above this place but it is so huge that we didn’t really see the other guests at all. Now to the apartment, which is very beautiful and super well equipped as well. It has everything you need, even more actually 😍 we can highly recommend this and hope to be back ♥️

Summary: It was a nice house with two comfortable bedrooms. The huge garden with old trees with shadow and sun is beautiful. It is on walking distance of the furniculare to Como. For the whole week, we haven’t used our cars. Loredana was very friendly and communicative. She gave good information. The living room is not well equipped for 4 adults but we stayed in the garden all the time. We have enjoyed our stay in Brunate very much.

Summary: With great communication prior to our stay we arranged a suitable arrival time where we were meet and shown around. The apartment has everything you need including some food and drink if you didn't manage to get to the shops prior to your arrival. We were given a full explanation of sites and walks and amenities and shown how to catch the cable car down into town. Brunate is a great location for some local walks. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly and when we return to Como for a longer stay we will be staying here again. Thanks you very much for making our stay so memorable.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Violas house. It is very clean and we had fresh fruits for our welcoming. There is a wonderful garden with a nice patio to sit and eat with a wonderful view over milano. We lived in the apartment with 4 people and had enough space. We enjoyed our stay very much. Viola gave us some good information for restaurants and trips we can do. Thanks for the best icecream in excalibur. Only a 5 minute walk away is the funiculare. A little train down to como.

Summary: One of our favorite stops on our trip to Italy. The house if very pretty, comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. The Garden is beautiful with a view of Como. The town is very quaint, and the Funicular can get you back and forth to Como easily. The hosts are excellent and very helpful with your planning. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: Very nice location situated in Brunate, very nice authentical village, in the heights of Como. The location is 5 mns walk from the funicular reaching the center of Como in 7 mns, where you can take a boat to visit other villages along Como Lake. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable with a very nice garden overlooking Como. The owners are very nice, welcoming and have at heart to satisfy their host. Excellent place for a short or long stay. Excellent ratio price/quality. We will come back with our 2 children. Isabelle and Dominique - France
