Positive: Great experience, staff were so nice and welcoming, friendly and extremely accomodating. You cannot fault their efforts. Boat was beautiful, and the scenery is unreal.

Negative: Was the same thing the second night, one night would have been enough. Not enough variety for the second night, and needed more activities for seeing things not just kayaking around the boat. But aside from that, was a great experience.

Positive: Beautiful ship, comfy bed, hot shower, bath with a view of the bay, helpful and friendly staff, excellent excursions, superb organisation.

Negative: The dinner set menus could be better. Having had an excellent street food tour in Hanoi expectations were high, but the small “fusion” plates were lacking in flavour, and some were not hot by the time they were served. The lunches were less fancy but had much better flavour.
