Positive: -Great view! -Amazing access to tons of restaurants right outside the building. -Two malls very close by. -Close to MRT Green line station and really easy to get there via covered walkway. -Very well-equipped kitchen with rice cooker, plenty of pots and pans, utensils, toaster, and even oils, condiments and coffee. -Washer worked great with detergent provided and some other cleaning supplies.

Negative: -Internet was 5G rather than DSL or fiber, and as a result at times the speed dropped significantly though not that frequently.
