Positive: Comfortable. Modern. Friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: Poor attention to detail. Immy bathroom was missing half a door frame. Was not told anything about the pool when I checked in, turned out it was not in use due to building work next door. No food available at the hotel. Location was away from main centre

Negative: Cafe not open, fridge turned off when out of room and my food had to be thrown out. Only one towel left for two people to share at the pool.

Negative: Hotel is very dusty, floors,table because road construction. Bed is very very hard. Staffs can’t give information well. :(

Positive: Loved everything here! Very friendly folks, everyone was willing to help with any thing you ask; getting tuk-tuks, or where to go for good food. The manager even handed umbrellas when rains; don't know other places would do that. Many thanks!

Negative: Too old, and can not remember any, lol! Perhaps, it was just the dust from road re-building. It did make walking more difficult, harder to breath. Thus, it would not be relating to the hotel, or it's service.

Summary: We are grateful for the stay, thank you!. We enjoyed the city with lots of memories.
