Positive: Peaceful location, we loved the professionally equipped community kitchen (suitable to even cook for groups). Coffee from freshly ground beans was well worth the one euro. Washing machine, tumble drier and friendly ginger cat were a big plus.

Negative: Mosquitos, repellent is useful.
