Positive: I liked the location, very quiet thus close to the main road. Aircon is useful during the summer and if you use sauna. there is washing machine, dishwasher and everything for the grill- very convenient, as you don't have to worry about it.

Negative: For us the fridge was kind of small for 2 nights staying, and the bin outside was not emptied- so the smell was quite bad plus a lot of flies.

Summary: Great place during the summer, and I am sure in winter.

Positive: The house had all the main things needed to stay comfortable. Had a fireplace, there was a lot of firewood (which we didn't use since it was warm time of year). All-in-all this is as much as you would get in Estonia for such small pay. And the place is right besides Vaikemunamagi - which is cool. The price was cheap (relatively), so in the end the experience was fine. If you don't have super-high expectations and are generally fine with a few issues here and there - then I guess you will feel good about the thing. But there were issues...

Negative: It may sound like a lot, but since the rent pay wasn't high we thought it was FINE overall, buuuut: -BRING YOUR OWN WATER TO DRINK/MAKE TEA/COFFE! The water coming out of pipes had a repugnant smell. At first we thought that someone of our company took a nasty dump (pardon) and the smell was god-awfull. Then we realized it was the water. The water smells. Like sewage. So don't drink. Also, when some time went by, it became a little better, since I think it got more cleaner with time, but still... -There was only one pair of slippers to use (woman size) -The barbecue grill had a broken leg, which tore off the moment I touched it. I readjusted it with tears and swearing, but it really just rusted off completely. When cooking - the whole contraption was barely hanging together. -We had to bring our own grill-coocking grid. I kinda figured out that we should take one in case the one on-premises would be unusable. And it had been unusable. The barbecue grid at the house was rusted to the core, and very tiny, so there is no way it would serve. (Bring your own barbecue grid!) -The houses here are very close together, so you can see the other house insides from your windows, or when cooking barbecue... forget about privacy. There are window sills though, so you can close those... -There are no mosquito nets on windows (by the time of our visit spring 2024). So if you are in summer - you won't be able to open the windows since mosquitos will swarm you over night... There is an air conditioner, which does the job, but to get more ventilation will be a trade off. -We were not allowed to use the sauna. We didn't ask the reason why, since we were not planning to use one. Maybe it was broken, or needed some maintenance - idk. But if we'd wanted to use a sauna and got to the house only to realize that we couldn't - I would be really pissed off... (I don't think we had any before-hand info that the sauna would be unusable).

Summary: Fine if you are on a budget. Bring your own water and barbecue grid/skewers.
