Positive: The property was very close to the airport, roughly 20 minutes and is about 10 minutes drive to downtown Austin. The property was very quiet and the neighborhood felt safe to me. It's about 5 minutes from an HEB grocery and a quick walk to a nearby market. There is every amenity inside the property that I needed. Very comfortable bed. All the possibly needed heaters or fans/AC units. There was a nice Dyson hair dryer, the little office is nice but I didn't use it. There's LOTS of windows which let in great natural light. They have a coffee maker and coffee, cream and sweetener. The kitchen is the perfect size for really just one person at a time but would work if there was a need to cook a meal. There's some cute cats that enjoy the yard too, thought, they seem to prefer to keep to themselves. Overall is was a really nice stay and I would stay again.

Negative: Nothing could have been improved.

Summary: A cozy gem, much better than a hotel for about the same price.

Positive: Very clean and tastefully and practically decorated apartment. Plenty of comfortable space for 2 of us. Nice outdoor seating. Lots of little extras like coffee, bottled water, eco soaps, etc, that make the stay extra nice. Parking is super easy on the street and the neighborhood is quiet. Very easy drive to downtown Austin. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: Hosts were amazing! The place was easy to find and very nice and quiet while still being within walking distance of most places. Extremely nice place and easy instruction on check in and out. Hosts were extremely nice and offered help wherever they could! Fantastic place! 10/10 would stay again.

Positive: The property was well stocked which made it very comfortable. The location is really nice and quiet which makes for a great night's sleep. The fact this place is run entirely on solar is really cool also.

Negative: The photos on booking.com are deceptive as the place looked larger than what it was. The oven was not clean (Really quite dirty) and the TV remote did not work well.

Summary: Very pleasurable stay, location to downtown via Uber was really great.
