Negative: The hotel needs work with stained carpets, poor ventilation and mosquitoes on most nights I was there.

Positive: The location was very convenient to the station, mall and placed to eat.

Negative: To be honest, I would have given this property a 9 if they replaced the carpets or remove it altogether. It felt quite uncomfortable stepping on stained carpet.

Summary: Such a good value for a family of 5. Location was great and a lot of nearby cafes and restaurants

Positive: Good location. The clean room staff is great that they arrange my boys blankets and stuffy in a cute way. My boys were look forward to that. Staff seem always there at front desk. Quiet place.

Negative: The elevator to the hotel is hot. It’s in a mixed used building. Top floor is the hotel.

Summary: Great location and affordable price. Cute arrangement of stuffy after room cleaning.

Positive: Staff were courteous, which is nice. Rooms while small, are clean and neat. Location is decent, within walking distance to the MRT. 24hour convenience door right downstairs is a plus

Negative: Room is a little small compared to neighbouring properties, could also be better designed to help Guests feel more settled in. The design seems to be encouraging you to live out of your luggage. Very little space for you to set out your clothes or any other personal stuff. Room walls are thin - I stayed next to a corner unit and the door of that unit is approximately at the head of my bed- it is NOT comfy every time that door is opened or closed. Lift lobby on the ground floor smells 'funky' at times.

Positive: Daily cleaning, and replenish water and towels. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Shower is great. Perfect place to sleep or stay in for the night.

Negative: The Window view was okay. Not as good of a view as I thought.
