Summary: I stayed for 3 weeks. Excellent service. Received new bed sheets, new towels, cleaned floor, all in a routine manner. The AC works very well, and the water heater for the shower is good. I confidently left my bags and documents in my room, and never had anything stolen or missing. I had a great experience the whole time I was there, and Ive used Urbantel every single time Ive visited Philippines. Would use again.
