Positive: Nice location. Nice renovated place. Easy to reach from the airport.

Negative: Very small rooms. The sink of the bathroom was installed in the sleeping room. No room for a laptop desk to work on. No wardrobe, just a small bunch of hangers in the sleeping room.

Positive: The location is good. About a 10 minute walk to the main tourist area with Grand Place, etc. With only 5 guest rooms it was nice and quiet. Cute common areas - kitchen, table, and toilets downstairs, and a little sitting area the floor above. Good room size and shower. Also shout out to the neighbouring restaurant who let me plug in my phone because the battery died just before we arrived and I needed the door code. We went back there that night for dinner and had delicious pizza.

Negative: As many reviews note the stairs are narrow and a bit steep. We were fine with small cases but I wouldn't recommend if travelling with large suitcases or for anyone who struggle with stairs.

Negative: Would not recommend if you have a large suitcase as the starts are tricky when not carrying anything
