Positive: Great location, excellent value for money.

Negative: No mirror in the en suite bedroom. The shower in the other bathroom wouldn't stay on the holder. Could have been cleaner and Could do with another armchair in the living area if 4 guests are staying. We didn't receive any instructions on how to access before we arrived, I had to phone up.

Positive: The location was perfect and had parking, which I spoke to the host prior and they left a parking permit. Brilliant communication throughout. I arrived late and the hosts left the key in the keysafe, as we were delayed on the motorway. Spacious rooms, family bathroom and ensuite, which, was lovely. Tea, coffee left, which was a nice touch. Fans throughout the flat, which was amazing, as it was very hot, during our stay and the famous helped keep the entire family cool. Lidl 5 monute walk up the road, along with Enfield shopping centre, which is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. It was so handy having so many shops and food places at your door. Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again, as it ticked all the boxes.

Negative: This is just my own personal preference, but the mattress in the double bedroom was firm. I'm used to a more softer mattress, but I managed to have a good night's sleep. In the ensuite bathroom, there wasn't a floor mat to place as you get out of the shower. I nearly slipped. The family bathroom had this and it might just be an oversight.

Positive: Nice apartment, spacious, light and airy.

Negative: We were expecting three double beds but ended up with two doubles and a sofa which was not ideal.

Summary: Apart from the bed situation everything was as we wanted it and the apartment was great. Staff very.

Positive: apartment cleanliness was A1, size of apartment A1 - access to a balcony (very help in the warm nights) was a bonus. the apartment was well decorated & maintained and contained additional unexpected items such as fans, a great size TV, fabulous WIFI. a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom made a difference.

Negative: The one thing we didn't like is outside the owners control - noise from people standing and talking outside the apartment complex entrance, late in the evening / early hours whilst windows were open to allow a cool draft into the bedrooms on a very hot night.

Summary: An outstanding spacious apartment, in a great location with easy access to the main shopping area.

Positive: It is a big far from the city center but it was convenient because there’s supermarket and public transport nearby (tube & bus stop) however, the sofa bed is a little bit soft and might be a cause to backache if stay for many nights. But over all it is a great place to stay in London.
