Summary: The hotel was even better than the pictures! The vibe of the hotel and the neighborhood was pristine. Service was great if I am ever in Tennessee again I will definitely stay here

Summary: It’s not your typical boutique hotel. My husband and I have been wanting to stay there for years. The experience was underwhelming and here is why: no reserved guest parking so if it’s a popular night out you will be using street parking somewhere in the neighborhood. You cannot control your rooms A/C. There is no TV if you’re looking to decompress after a busy day. No staff after hours and we weren’t aware of that until arrival. Requests sent via text but no one replied to our bathroom power loss. Busy nights with locals take up all the hangout spaces so be prepared. They do offer a continental breakfast that is tasty and the location within the neighborhood is perfect. The bed is very comfortable and shower is lovely.

Summary: Room was beautiful, elegant, and cozy. Breakfast was simple yet high quality. Bathtub was luxurious. Jazz was incredible. And it's situated in the perfect spot to walk to dinner, drinks, and coffee. We sipped bubbly from the porch and drank in the relaxed atmosphere. Been dreaming of a stay here for over 7 years--it did not disappoint! Can't wait till next time!

Summary: Staff was lovely, but there was no closet in my room, there was also no dresser. It was super weird that there was nowhere to put my clothes. Room and bathroom was very dark. Shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold.
