Positive: I appreciated off street parking. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very nicely renovated. The bathroom was especially attractive.

Negative: I did not know that the apartment was on the second and third floor. I have gone back now and checked the description. The only indication was one picture of a staircase. If stairs are not a problem, this is OK but it should be made clear in writing that the bedrooms and the bathroom are two flights up from the entry. There is no elevator. For us, one in the group had hurt her leg before coming so that climbing the stairs was very difficult and she was largely confined to the bedroom when we were at the apartment because the bathroom is on the top floor there as well. This is not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. Happily, it worked out for us that we wanted to leave a day early after all, so we were there for only one of the two nights we rented. The beds were very comfortable but there were no blankets. We were there in early May - warm days but cool nights and the lack of anything other than a light cover that served as both top sheet and blanket made for uncomfortably cool sleeping.

Summary: Nicely renovated apartment, not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Positive: The property was good for a last minute stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to continually txt or call the owner so he can open the front door. Other than that it was good and he was very helpful
