Positive: The host was lovely. The place was extremely clean and tidy. Beds super comfortable, with a choice of pillows. Everything provided in the dining area. Within 5 minutes walk to the beach and local shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Positive: Really close to the beach, easy walk into town, right on the rail trail. Lovely private suite. Loved the little dining sitting area, great blackout blinds, really quiet. Mandy exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Positive: The hostess was fantastic. She met us as we got to the door and then walked with us to a nearby restaurant to show us the way. The breakfast was the best English breakfast we’ve had. She had the cutest little dog and was so happy to chat in general.

Negative: The property was great - location great. The bedroom was a little tight but we also had a little lounge which made up for it.

Summary: I would definitely start here again if I was in Hornsea - Mandy is a great hostess and so happy 🙂

Positive: We liked everything about this stay; the facilities are excellent with high quality fixtures and fittings making you feel comfortable but pampered. Mandy is an excellent host..informative, caring and with (for us) the right level of interaction to ensure privacy and independence of guests. There is an excellent guest area for eating and relaxing although we werent there long enough to use the facilities in full this is a real bonus factor at this stay. It is well placed for all activities in Hornsea, near to the seafront and many bars and restaurants with a short easy walk to the Floral Hall. Plenty of free parking at the back too.

Negative: There is nothing to dislike we had an excellent stay here.

Positive: The entire experience was just perfect for us. Mandy was very accomodating of our bikes, providing a safe space to store them overnight. Attention to detail was evident in the arrangement of the rooms, availability of bedding options, hot drinks etc. We had the best vegan breakfast of our trip and the quality of the food on offer was excellent. We would highly recommend a stay at Pebble Point.
