Summary: The details in this small apartment are wonderful. The fridge and toiletries were well-stocked and we felt truly welcome there. The apartment is full of fascinating little details I don’t see often and houses a unique balcony view. The owner was communicative and responded quickly to messages. The key lockbox is a little complex but once we figured it out everything was fine. We come through Kilgore regularly and will definitely stay here again.

Summary: The unit takes up the entire second floor of an old building. Tons of space and charm. I wish I had an occasion to take advantage of the space to entertain. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Summary: We had a blast celebrating my daughters birthday. The loft is so cute and has everything you need. The location is great and lets you enjoy the quint downtown. The Christmas lights on the oil derricks made the night skyline more special. Precious was very accommodating with any questions or requests we had. I can’t thank her enough for sharing this beautiful space and allowing us to use it to make wonderful memories.

Summary: Everything was amazing and beautiful. The location is great, in the beautiful and historic downtown district of Kilgore. You are literally in the middle of the World's Richest Acre row of oil derricks. The balcony is something else. I watched the Fall sun set under the derricks. It was an experience I will never forget and can't wait to share with my spouse. The kitchen is gorgeous and trendy. The bathroom is ultra stylish with a walkthrough shower splitting the two sink areas. Coolest layout ever. There are beautiful exposed beams and original brick walls that really add to the eclectic and historic feel of the loft. The wood floors may have been original too and are in fantastic shape. The bed was legitimately the best sleep I have had in a very long time. If you like plush and cozy beds this is for you! After having a horrible time over the summer staying in Kilgore and Tyler's lousy array of hotels while visiting my terminally ill father, I decided to check VRBO for better options. This place is a blessing to travelers! Stay here and you will not regret it!
