Summary: Location (The Palms at Wailea) was nice and quieter than most I seen. There is an awesome walk path with awesome ocean views (Wailea oceanfront beach walk) just a short distance away (starts at Aldaz resort) and beach is about 1/2 mile walk. The condo is on corner to entrance though so quite busy with other owners/renters leaving or entering property (driving and walking). The lanai is nice and big but is totally shaded and faces the road and other condos so not much to look at. The condo itself is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils etc, plenty of linens and other misc in closets like scuba gear, lawn chairs etc. but we didn’t use. The bedroom is a nice size with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The owner responded in a prompt manner with any questions.

Summary: This condo was the perfect place for my family to stay. The condo is very nicely furnished, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, quiet but close enough to beaches and dining options. Communication with the property owner was seamless and she was very quick to respond.

Summary: Convenient condo for running around as it is right at entrance. This was great for us because we seldom leave the Wailea area, and why would you, it's the best area of the Islands. The lanai was great, shaded and cool with just enough sun, surrounded by healthy lush bamboo, great for eating, sitting and napping.

Summary: Palms Wailea is a great location! This townhouse is lovely and guest ready with a spacious well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Very open living area, light and bright with multiple glass sliders onto the large patio ready with padded lounges, wicker chairs, dining table and barbecue. Nice size primary bedroom…with a great mattress to catch a good nights sleep! 2 full baths with extra towels and toiletries. Beach chairs and towels, umbrella and cooler for guest use! We enjoyed it all! Jillian was a very accessible host from booking to checking in to departure. Thanks so much for sharing this property with us! We loved it!

Summary: We truly enjoyed the space of this unit. The outside lanai area was larger than we thought as well as a surprising view of the sunset. Unit was well appointed and clean. Good location to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again when back in Maui.

Summary: Description was spot-on and you cannot go wrong staying here. This condo is so close to everything needed in Waelea-lots of options to rent out there but would positively rent from Jillian again. Only thing to add is if planning a trip to the local beach, consider driving so you don’t have to carry all the stuff (umbrella, chairs, coolers, etc) - lots of parking down by the beach!
