Summary: Lovely property in Folly beach. House was spacious, quiet and clean. Views of the beach and ocean from many rooms. Nice walk from the house into town each day with our dog. No hiccups with communication between leasing company. A bit impersonal as this property is managed by a company rather than a homeowner but not unusual in this day and age. Would certainly stay again.

Summary: The home was as described online. Beautiful, spacious clean home. The family traveled from throughout the U.S. and we were all very pleased with the property and location to the beach access. Traveling with a small child and having the beach access was ideal. Summary: We were in Charleston celebrating our sons graduation! The house is beautiful! The kitchen was completely equipped with anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! This house has paid attention to every detail! We spent many hours enjoying the spacious and comfortable outdoor decks. Being across the street from the ocean was a special treat! The check in and check out process was flawless! Everyone was completely in awe of this beautiful home. We will be back!!

Summary: We decided Thursday to go out of town Friday for a last minute getaway. I searched VRBO found our spot. Arrived the next day shopped at the Charleston market and eat dinner. We received our code at 3:58 right before our 4pm check in as promised, went straight to the property with the instructions provided. Beautiful home perfect location, beach is right across the street. Anything you would need is provided to cook and serve in the home, very spacious and a lot of parking for all the family if you have a big family. We sat on the upper porch Friday night and enjoyed the cool breeze. Had a peaceful day Saturday on the beach all day. It’s wasn’t crowded like the mid town area. Had dinner again in Charleston, came back to the house and walked on the beach. We enjoyed the lower deck in the mornings where we had coffee and breakfast. This property will be on my favorite list for future couple get aways and our next year family get away.
