Loved the fact that quality toiletries (no single ply toilet paper here!) were provided. Screened porch was a great gathering place at night to keep the bugs away.

Summary: This is a great house - especially for a large group - although we were just a couple staying there. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you need to be comfortable or to cook, and the hosts are very thoughtful in giving you information and tips to enjoy the place. There are numerous great spots to hang out in with your friends or families in different parts of the property, including outside spaces, screened in porches, etc. it's a one minute walk to a lovely beach. For dog lovers, it's particularly wonderful, because the owners are clearly dog lovers and have lots of helpful touches to make sure your pups enjoy the stay as well.

Summary: This rental had one of the best property managers. He answered all of my many questions patiently. Communication was so quick and friendly. By the time we finally made it to Folly, I felt like I should have invited him over for a visit. The location in Folly is great and there is ample parking, a huge plus when you are staying with multiple families. That house has everything and I mean everything! There was even a stroller we could use with my granddaughter. The house is also dog friendly with gates and a crate. We might have brought our dog if we had known how well laid out it was for them. The layout of the house worked so well for our family because my mom, who has difficulty with stairs, was able to stay on the ground floor bedroom. And let’s not forget the amazing shower in the master bedroom! In short, this is a well equipped house in a great location with an excellent host.
