Summary: The house is in a perfect location. It is close to Publix and other shopping. We enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the waves. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The rooms had plenty of space to unpack and enjoy.

Summary: This is our 7th time at our Home by the Sea. It is our happy place. The beach is quiet and some days we had it all to ourselves. There are chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and wake boards in the garage. We love using the outdoor shower. We do bring a shower curtain on an expansion rod for the door. There is a new card table and chairs. We used them every evening. Such a nice addition. The view of the sunrise is amazing. You can watch it right from the living room. The owner and the caretaker are awesome to work with. If we had a question they are quick with a reply. The outside took a little damage from the storms last summer. You can tell they have been working hard to bring it back to shape. There is a new fence. New patio stones by the side of the garage and new retaining wall for the dunes. The only thing still showing damage was the mangled dune fences but they are working on that. The beds are a mix. The back suite is a soft pillow top. The front master is a Leesa memory foam. I would say it’s med/firm. The third bedroom is 2 twin beds that can be made into a king. They are firm. The daybed in the living area is soft foam and very comfy. There is new furniture that is very comfortable. The house is very well stocked…you might need to restock Plastic wrap, bags and foil. Utensils are hidden in a lower cabinet standing in a container. Again, this is a beautiful home directly on the beach. We feel so blessed to be able to enjoy our time there. Thank you for hosting

Summary: Host has pictures of patio door open, however upon arrival the host requires the patio door and all windows to be closed. So drifting off to sleep listening to the waves, at an oceanfront property is not allowed. WHAT???
