Summary: Overall, the place was as described and the host was very responsive. The place was very spacious and had sufficient amenities. It could have been cleaner as it was a bit dusty and the bathroom tiles were not cleaned properly and had mold in it.

Summary: The property was nice and comfortable in a good neighborhood. It could have been a great stay, but management needs to be more detailed in overseeing their property. The floors needed a good mopping. We ended up wearing our shoe most of the time, because the floor made our socks black. Check in should have been quick and easy, but the garage doors were closed and no way in. Called number listed on Vrbo and was hung-up on twice. My son saw a realty sign and called the phone# from sign. Thankfully Terry answered and was able to open the garage door to let us in. Getting in took 30 minutes. Communication with manager is minimal and seems unreliable.
