Summary: Great little home. Only downside is there's no place to get groceries nearby. Other than that though the place was excellent. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils beautiful decor friendly manager.

Summary: This was our second visit to this property. The home has everything we needed. We like the area as it is quiet and away from the rushing in Phoenix You do require a car but that is fine with us. We hope to return again

Summary: We enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The cleaning had been done by a person who wasn’t familiar with the products they were using. There was a layer of oil on much of the furniture and the stove had not been cleaned properly. The bathrooms were fine and there was more than enough towels and linens. The backyard was very pretty and it would have been nice to be there at a time to use the pool. The biggest problem with the house was the location. It was 8-10 miles from the nearest restaurant, store, gas station, etc. and to get to any of those, you had to get on I-10 which is chronically under construction. The price of the rental took this into consideration.
