Summary: Very nice Motel/Hotel right off RTE 17 in Hancock NY. Quick and easy check in. Rooms have all been refurbished and very clean.

Summary: The front desk staff were very helpful, kind and pleasant. The room was clean with parking right in front of ur door.

Summary: DON"T LET THE WORD "MOTEL" TURN YOU OFF. We stayed there for one night after our granddaughter's high school graduation in a nearby town. We are always a little leary booking a stay at a "motel". We were so pleasantly surprised! Check in was quick. The woman that checked us in was a very friendly and a joy to talk to. The exterior of the motel was well tended with beautiful flower boxes on the ralings and gorgeous hanging plants above. The room was meticulously clean! The decor was very nice and the room looked recently renovated. The Bathroom was very nice as well. The motel.is right off Rt 17, with a McDonald's and 2 gas stations right across the street. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

Summary: Room was very cute and so clean! Had everything I needed. Only want to point out that it is very close to a train track, so you can hear it when one passes by.

Summary: I was very happy with my stay at Upper Delaware . I only picked amenities as a 4 because they have no hot tub.( not expected but had to wish 4 one after rowing into wind all day) . Seriously, they have a nice coffee bar& laundy. All I would want plus nice staff and clean new updated rooms .
